Cyrus,leader of epanding Persia, was a very promanint leader.
Their political structure wasn't really structured, they were very unorganized because of the size of the empire, but after many years, they finally became structured.

Because the Persian Empire was so vast, they decided to organize by clans not states, that way the King still had the say.
After they were able to organize themselves, the Persians brought organization to two other people.
Persia, went to war and conqured many kingdoms, making them and their army sronger.
